BJJ Dunedin has joined one of Australasia's largest BJJ affiliations we are now members of the AFBJJ (Australian Brasilian Jiu Jitsu Federation)

About the club:

Dunedin BJJ was formed in January 2004, in an effort to grow Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Dunedin, New Zealand.

Originally we were a small group who have been training since December 2000.

We train under the guidance of Prof. Mario Yokoyama from Sydney, Australia. Mario is belted under Ryan Gracie and forms part of the Ryan Gracie Jiu Jitsu Oceania Team. Mario visits us when he can to provide tuition, and assess students performance.

Dunedin BJJ aim is to offer quality instruction in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and to share this knowledge with those who have a thirst to learn.
